Coomba Aquatic Club

Welcome to the
Coomba Aquatic Club Inc.

The Club welcomes members and visitors to enjoy our social and boating activities on beautiful Wallis Lake.

Clubhouse from air

The Coomba Aquatic Club is located in Coomba Park on the western shores of Wallis Lake, one of the three Great Lakes on the beautiful New South Wales Mid North Coast.

  • Our History

On 13 June 1992 a public meeting of residents of Coomba Park and surrounding areas was attended by 14 people to discuss the formation of a club “to promote and encourage all forms of aquatic activities and provide premises from which such activities may be coordinated”.

  • Our Committee

Under the terms of our Constitution, the Committee comprises four Office Bearers - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer - and up to five committee members. There are several sub-committees for special purposes.

  • Constitution

The Club is an incorporated association under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act and Regulations. The current Constitution was reviewed in 2012 to ensure it was compatible with the legislation.

  • Club Person of the Year

The Club Person of The Year (CPOY) Award recognises the club member who during the year has strived above and beyond others in a voluntary capacity for the overall benefit of the Club and its members.

The Club's Double Vaccination Policy

The Club Committee has been monitoring various health restrictions that have been introduced across the State by the NSW Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This included completing and registering mandatory Safety Plans which cover the Clubhouse, Gazebo and the Community Markets which have been arranged by the Club over the course of the year.
